Block Moulding - Using the very latest computerised block forming machinery we boast the industry's most modern method of manufacturing polystyrene. This process is fully automated, maximising operating efficiency and giving a consistently high quality at a competitive price.

Due to a high demand for more environmentally friendly block grades we are proud to introduce for 2008 our new ECO range of block grades to complement our current grades. This range offers a variety of different densities all of which contain a high percentage of recycled material.

Specifications and benefits:

• Standard block size - 2440x1220x610mm (8’x4’x2’). Please note that Custompac can provide any block size from 2440x1220x1220mm – 2440x1220x840mm (8’x4’x4’ – 8’x4’x33”).

• Colours available - White only.

• Fire retardant grades - All our polystyrene is manufactured with a flame retardant additive and tested to BS476 part 12: 1991 (click here to download a PDF).

• CFC and HCFC free - manufactured by a totally CFC and HCFC free process.
