Our Polystyrene sheets & blocks can be cut to suit your exact requirements and can be manufactured in any of our densities.

• “Shape Moulding Department” – Moulded Polystyrene Shapes - For customers who require high volume, high quality, low cost packaging Custompac offers state of the art shape moulding machines. This department utilises the latest in vacuum moulding technology, giving cycle times that have only become possible during the last few years - and faster cycle times are directly reflected in the unit costs for you, the customer. A water content figure of only 5% by weight on expulsion from the mould is achieved by vacuum cooling, resulting in the final product having the lowest water content available in polystyrene mouldings. Tooling is a consideration for such mouldings, and to make it easy we provide a complete design to delivery service including free sampling and technical drawings.

• “CNC Machining Department” – Polystyrene Shapes & Trays - Ideal for the customer whose packaging volume cannot justify the tooling cost involved in shape moulding, we can provide computer controlled profiling and high speed routing alternatives in our EPS cutting department. Both of these methods offer an extremely high quality finished shape without the additional tooling charges associated with shape moulding. Suitable for customers that require medium to low volume packaging.
