1. I HAVE A PRODUCT THAT I NEED TO PACKAGE, HOW DO I GO ABOUT IT?

1. Give us a call/email to discuss your basic requirements and check they are feasible.

2. Post/email any available drawings and a product sample if possible. Please ensure that you include the following information along with your own company details: Dimensions, quantity required & frequency (please include any additional details that you feel may be of use).

3. Once we have received your sample/drawings we will contact you to go through your exact packaging requirements and the options available to you. When we have agreed on the best possible packaging solution we will manufacture a working sample and forward it for your evaluation.

4. If you are happy with your sample you can then place your order. If your sample requires any modifications, they can be made and then re-sampled for your approval.

2. DO YOU CHARGE FOR SAMPLES?

No, we offer free material swatches that can be despatched in the post. Any other samples would be classed as a development sample/prototype and a charge may be necessary.

3. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY?

No. However all orders need to be economically viable. Please contact us directly to find out what the minimum order requirements would be for your job.

4. WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?

Our lead times vary depending on the complexity of the product. Plain sheet will only take 2-4 days, more complex machined packaging may take 7-14 days. Here at Custompac we are incredibly flexible and aim to provide a service that is second to none. Miracles occur regularly, however the impossible does take a little longer...

5. HOW ARE YOUR GOODS DELIVERED?

We operate our own fleet of delivery vehicles, which enables us to guarantee on-time deliveries, and because our drivers are adept at handling our materials you can be sure that your order will arrive intact. We also use trusted third party carriers to cover any areas not covered by our own vehicles.

6. WHAT ARE YOUR CARRIAGE CHARGES?

We do offer free local delivery to our volume customers. Where it’s not economically viable to offer free delivery due to your location or volume of material ordered, we can provide very cheap carriage rates using a trusted third party carrier.

7. CAN I COLLECT?

Yes, it’s not a problem to collect. All our details including a printable map can be found on our contact us section of this website. Please note that collections are only possible during normal working hours:

Monday-Thursday: 08:00-17:00
Friday: 08:00-15:30
Saturday & Sunday: Closed

8. HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept all major credit cards, cheques and cash payments. For our regular volume customers we can offer a credit account subject to our standard terms of trade (a minimum six month regular trading history is required before a credit account can be opened).
