Delivery Information
DELIVERY TERMS & CONDITIONS:
WE PROVIDE DELIVERY to the UK Mainland from Monday to Friday.
Orders will normally be despatched within two working days of receipt via a 48 hour courier service, so you can expect your order to be with you within four working days.
*Specialist Orders (foam profiles / corners in particular) can have a lead time of up to 4 weeks. Please call 01977 519339 or send an enquiry via our contacts page, to verify delivery times.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS: In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY the goods will be returned to us where a replacement can be despatched or a refund issued. If the goods are accepted damaged, no replacement or refund will be issued. Also ensure that someone is available at the given delivery address to sign for the goods. Please be clear on these points before ordering.
Please note that the delivery cost is to MAINLAND UK ONLY (excluding Scottish Highlands & Islands).

DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS: Please contact us if you live in the following areas, as an additional surcharge is required for delivery to the following postcodes:
- Scottish Highlands & Islands - AB31-38, AB41-56, FK17-21, G83, HS1-9, IM (ALL), IV (ALL), KA27-28, KW0-17, PA20-78, PH15-99, PO30-41, ZE (ALL)
- Scottish Islands - 2-5 day delivery
- Northern Ireland - BT (ALL)

No international deliveries. Please note that we classify the Channel Islands as an International destination.

Yes, it’s not a problem to collect. Find us HERE. Please note that collections are only possible during normal working hours:
Monday-Thursday: 08:00-17:00
Friday: 08:00-15:30
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
