100% Recycled Foam Cut-to-Size
Our reconstituted foam (also known as chip foam and crumb foam) is constructed from 100% recycled foam.
Industrial foam waste is collected, granulated, bonded together and compressed back into new blocks!
It is a high performance, cost-effective, open-cell packaging solution, ideal for things like machinery and electronic goods.
Other application areas are gym mats and sound insulation / sound dampening.
This foam can also be used in furniture / upholstery cushioning applications to provide a firm feel, or to provide reinforcement in combination with other materials.
We supply 3 different colours / grades, with green being the least dense (softest) and yellow the most dense (firmest).
*Please note, as a recycled foam, the colour may vary.
The foam meets the requirements of Schedule 1 Part 1 of the Furniture and Furnishings (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988 (as amended) S.I. No. 1324.
