40L Sheep's Wool Cool Boxes

For thousands of years, sheep have thrived against the elements, due to their wool coats protecting them from extreme cold and heat.
Wool is made up of crimped fibres, which form millions of tiny little air pockets that trap air and create a strong thermal barrier.
The Sheep's Wool Insulating Liners we offer are made from all natural, 100% sheep's wool, lined with a recyclable, food grade polyethylene.
The responsibly sourced wool is 100% biodegradable, which means when you've finished with it, it can be composted. Even if the wool ends up in landfill, it will naturally biodegrade within 6-12 months.
The wool is washed, scoured, heat treated and isn't processed with chemicals.
Suitable for use with food and pharmaceutical products.

• Our coolant packs are perfect for keeping your products cold in our EPS or Sheep's Wool lined boxes
• The gel packs contain an industry leading formula, so your products stay cooler for longer
• They come pre-filled and are completely food safe. They do not stick together when frozen and have high quality seals
• Simply freeze and use!

Sorbafreeze Ice Sheets

• Optimal temperature control for up to 48 hrs
• Guaranteed never to leak
• Re-usable (if no food / product contamination)
• Food Safe – Fully compliant with all European Food Safety Agency Standards
• Ultra-compact for minimal storage space.

Directions:

1. Soak the Sorba-Freeze pads for 10 minutes in fresh water.
   
   Tip: Use warm water and agitate to maximise expansion of cells/blocks.


2. Freeze the hydrated Sorba-Freeze pads as low as minus 40'C.
   
   Tip: Place plastic film or waxed paper between sheets or blocks of sorbafreeze
   


3. Add the frozen Sorba-Freeze pads to your packaged products.

* As all kinds of factors can impact on internal box temperature, (weather, delivery method, products packed, etc.) we recommend trialling ice packs first, to guarantee freshness.

Wood Wool
